HD Cutz London – Celebrity Barbershop by Supremati

Supremati Studio was commissioned to reimagine the iconic HD Cutz barbershop in London, founded by renowned celebrity hairstylist Sheldon Edwards. Known as the barber of choice for global sports stars and entertainers — including Toni Rüdiger, Novak Djokovic, Lewis Hamilton, Michael B. Jordan, and Khaby Lame — HD Cutz needed a space that reflected its elevated brand and VIP clientele.

The result is a bold, luxurious, and futuristic interior concept that quickly became a hidden gem in London’s grooming scene. Our studio delivered a complete spatial reconfiguration, designing a bespoke layout that includes working stations for the main barber shop, a training academy, and a discreet VIP grooming suite.

The interior palette features Bauwerk-painted walls and ceiling, large-format porcelain tiles, and oversized mirrors to enhance light and maximise the sense of space. A sculptural LED ceiling creates visual drama, amplified by skirting, vertical, and horizontal LED lines throughout.

To ground the space in masculine elegance, we used black MDF detailing across mirrors, cabinetry, and the central reception — contrasted by warm American walnut slat panelling. This rich, natural material adds balance to the otherwise sleek and modern scheme, tapping into the enduring design trend of tactile timber textures.

A centrally positioned reception desk, finished in black steel, acts as a visual anchor separating the dynamic energy of the shop floor from the relaxed environment of the academy and VIP zone. Meanwhile, mirror-clad coat storage adds both functionality and visual expansion.

Located in the heart of London, HD Cutz by Supremati delivers an exceptional experience for an international clientele — a true reflection of Sheldon Edwards’ global influence and the Supremati design ethos.
